Technical Support
CMC Impianti’s support continues even after installation. When an anomaly, a technical need, or a modification to be evaluated emerges, our technical department analyzes the request to identify the most suitable type of intervention. Starting from the system configuration and its operation allows us to isolate the problem and address it in a targeted manner. Support thus remains linked to the machine, its characteristics, and the production needs that may arise during daily use.

Maintenance and Spare Parts
A reliable system requires attention even after startup. Maintenance helps preserve its performance and continuity over time, while the availability of spare parts allows for managing wear and necessary replacements without improvisation. The CMC Impianti team follows every machine, taking into account its history, usage intensity, and the customer’s production needs. The service combines prevention and technical support to keep the system efficient over time and address the activities required during its life cycle.
We schedule periodic checks based on the usage and condition of the system, focusing on components subject to greater wear. The goal is to identify signals to monitor and plan necessary activities in time, avoiding future problems.
We identify the necessary spare parts starting from the installed machine and the parts involved. This allows for the selection of components suited to the system's technical specifications and the management of replacements with clear references, avoiding generic or incompatible solutions.
When intervention is necessary, we define the activities based on the checks performed and the parts involved. Technical support helps organize the operation in a targeted way, considering priorities, machine conditions, and production needs.
Revamping of Existing Systems
A system can continue to be effective even when production changes. Revamping allows for intervening on existing machines and systems to adapt them to new products, formats, layouts, or objectives, without necessarily starting from scratch. At CMC Impianti, we analyze the state of the system and define where to intervene, distinguishing what can be maintained from what requires an update. The project is thus designed to enhance what is still functional and introduce modifications useful for new production needs.
We evaluate which structures and components continue to perform their function correctly and can be maintained. Revamping starts with this choice: preserving what is still valid and focusing on the elements that truly require intervention.
New products, formats, or line setups may require mechanical, electrical, or software modifications. We define the necessary updates based on the objective to be achieved, without necessarily turning the project into a complete system replacement.
New parts must communicate with those remaining in the system. We coordinate existing components, automation, and logic so that the update functions as part of the overall system, respecting the spaces, connections, and technical constraints already present in the line.
