Not all curves need the same angle. That is why at CMC we manufacture belt curve conveyors with angles ranging from 30°, for a slight flow deviation, up to 200°, for a complete U-turn in the path. This allows us to fully adapt to the actual layout of your line.

The internal curve radius is not constrained by the belt width: this allows for very small radii even with wide belts.

Belt curve conveyors and plastic modular belt curves solve the same problem (changing product direction without interrupting transport), but are designed for different weights and sizes. Belt curve conveyors remain the most suitable choice for small and medium-sized products, even delicate ones; when the load increases, or the product becomes heavier and bulkier, plastic modular belt curves are the most appropriate solution.
