CONVEYORS WITH ROTATING TABLE
These devices are the combination of a conveyor (either roller or chain) and a rotation system, allowing the flat rotation of full and/or empty pallets; they are made of sturdy metal carpentry and are available in either painted steel or stainless steel. Rotation, enabled by a properly rated slewing ring, occurs by means of a gearmotor; suitable protections ensure the safety of the device.
PALLET MAGAZINES
CMC Impianti pallet magazines are devices designed to stack and unstack empty pallets, which tend the palletizing lines. These machines are available in both a painted steel and stainless steel version.
A roller or chain conveyor is positioned under the magazine and tends the device. The combination of an up-down movement and the use of pneumatic forks allows the stacking or unstacking of empty pallets.
PALLET ELEVATORS AND DESCENDERS
CMC Impianti pallet elevators and descenders are machines designed to lift and lower empty and full pallets. Their sturdy metal carpentry allows different entry and exit heights, several metres apart, also in the case of heavy loads. The structure is available in either painted steel or stainless steel.
The operating principle is based on the up-down movement of the roller or chain conveyor, moved by chains within a solid steel structure.
MOTORISED ROLLER CONVEYORS
Roller conveyors for pallets are made of sturdy metal carpentry, in both a painted steel and stainless steel version. Depending on the type of load, motion can be transmitted either by a tangential chain or chain links. The diameter, length and pitch of the rolls are established according to the type of load.
CHAIN CONVEYORS
Chain conveyors for pallets are made of sturdy metal carpentry, in both a painted steel and stainless steel version.
They are available in either a 2-chain or 3-chain version; depending on the type of load to be conveyed, either simple or double-link chains are used.
RIGHT ANGLE TRANSFER CONVEYORS
Right angle transfer conveyors by CMC Impianti combine the quality of motorised roller conveyors and chain conveyors for pallets.
These devices, which can be driven either by pneumatic or electromechanical systems, allow the right angle transfer of pallets.
